. . . what is, you ask? Taking care of yourself. Rest and rejuvenation.
This post goes out to all my feelers, deep-carers, givers, highly-awares, and highly motivated friends (and also myself ;)). Did you know that you can't just talk about rest and grounding? You actually have to do it. Did you know that you matter just as much as the people you're highly motivated to uplift and support? Did you know that your body and gut know best?
If your gut is saying, "Can we just watch a movie tonight and not really write a full blog post?", listen to your gut. Your gut is wiser than your mind, and always knows what you need best. Your brain can have its goal-oriented say tomorrow (and also, your gut doesn't mind listening to your brain a little bit, and writing a teeny, tiny, creative blog post to satisfy your passionate drive.)
